Inclusion and diversity
Leading the industry through inclusivity and diversity
Our culture is underpinned by the belief that we are stronger together. At Quilter, inclusion is everyone’s responsibility because we know that we will be more successful collectively and as individuals if we celebrate our differences. Plus, an inclusive culture allows every one of us to feel valued and accepted, and delivers better outcomes for our clients, stakeholders and the societies that we serve.
Put simply, all Quilter colleagues have the opportunity to thrive - to reach their full potential regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, educational, social and cultural background.

Our inclusivity commitments

To ensure we create an inclusive culture where diversity is celebrated and our colleagues thrive, we aim to:
Educate and communicate
- We communicate honestly with a clear message of inclusivity, and encourage a learning culture in which all colleagues feel safe and supported.
Involve and lead
- Inclusion is led from the top and is everyone’s business.
Develop and nurture
- We want to attract, recruit and develop talent from diverse backgrounds.
- All colleagues’ contributions should be valued and diverse perspectives should be encouraged.
What are we doing to promote inclusivity?
Quilter welcomes everyone and it’s a place where you can bring your authentic self to work. We don’t just see inclusivity as something we talk about – we consider it a key component of our success.
To achieve greater inclusivity and diversity, we work actively to embed inclusive behaviours in our everyday working lives. We’ve also gained recognition from organisations who promote inclusivity, and we work with them to help shape and influence our industry for the better.
