Employee wellbeing
The importance of wellbeing
Now more than ever, people are recognising the importance of wellbeing. Looking after our physical, social, financial, and mental wellbeing allows us to be at our best and fulfil our potential.
At Quilter, we want to create an environment in which we don’t just succeed - we thrive. Through a genuine and heartfelt commitment, Quilter’s CEO, Paul Feeney, is seeking to challenge outdated views, speaking openly about his own mental health experiences, and establishing a culture in which everyone feels supported.

Our employee wellbeing initiative
To underpin this principle, our employee wellbeing initiative – ‘Thrive’ – focuses on four key areas:
The Quilter Foundation
The Quilter Foundation is our charity, helping thousands of young people across the UK and Isle of Man to fulfil their potential and prosper. The Quilter Foundation offers unique opportunities to volunteer and support young people, from skills development and CV workshop to financial education in local schools. There are also opportunities to get involved in fundraising events throughout the year, raising vital funds for young people in our community.
