Congratulations – a great career is within your reach!

Having already achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning - or being very close to achieving it - you are in a strong position to advance your career as a financial adviser.

If you already work in the industry, you’ll know that financial advisers can enjoy a rewarding career, creating financial security for them and their loved ones, as well as their clients.

Your qualification is only the first step on your journey to become a competent, trusted financial adviser. That is where the Quilter Academy comes in.

Join our bridging programme

Our bridging programme offers all the additional training and development you need to:

  • apply the knowledge you have learnt from your qualifications
  • build on your soft skills, such as communication and time management, and your client skills
  • transition from being qualified to a competent financial adviser.

As you already have your qualification, the bridging programme allows you to join our full-time training programme directly at Stage 2. From here, you’ll benefit from everything the Academy and Quilter have to offer, and begin a new career as a financial adviser.

Funding is available to help you transition into your new role.

Stage 2: Route to 'adviser' status

Practical knowledge application, personal and development skills.

Stage 3: The Quilter way

Internal assessment, training on systems and processes.

 

2 weeks

Stage 4: Early months support and route to ‘competent adviser’ status

Hands-on development support, on the job training and mentoring to help you succeed.
