Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship programme overview

If you’re a college leaver or looking to change careers and upskill, our apprenticeships offer hands-on experience and valuable training.

  • You’ll work in one of our business areas such as HR and Operations. This will be in either our Southampton or London head offices.
  • You’ll gain valuable experience whilst studying for a qualification, tailored to your specialism.
  • You’ll gain your qualification over two-years through a combination of self-study and online learning.

Where it could lead you

Once you’ve finished your apprenticeship, we’ll work with you to help you find the right role at Quilter. You’ll have the potential to develop a successful and fulfilling career with us and continue to build your expertise.

Please note that while we encourage the use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, or DeepSeek to help you with tasks such as research, grammar checks, or idea refinement, your application and responses in interview tasks should reflect your authentic thoughts and approach. If you copy and paste AI-generated content without any personal input, we may reject your application. Your answers in an interview should demonstrate how you would address the question. You can use AI as a supportive tool, but it shouldn’t replace your unique perspective.
