We know we need to create a sustainable business that seeks to act and invest responsibly. That’s why being a Responsible Wealth Manager is a key part of our Group’s strategy.

We are currently focusing on taking action in three areas:

Invest responsibly – giving customers the choice to invest in line with their values and needs.
Reflect our community – building an inclusive culture for our colleagues, and supporting the diverse needs of our customers and the communities they live in.
Consider climate impact – playing our part in the global effort to create a more sustainable world.

Our own charity

As part of our commitment to being a responsible business, we have established our own charity, The Quilter Foundation.

The Foundation supports the many thousands of young people in our communities who face a multitude of challenges. Its mission is to help young people overcome barriers to prosperity. By providing funding and skills to charitable organisations, our aim is to empower young people to fulfil their potential, thrive and prosper.

There’s always lots of opportunities to get involved. As a Quilter colleagues you will be able to:

nominate a charity for a grant of up to £10,000 from the Foundation
use your annual volunteering day to help a charity of your choice
help fundraise – which we will match up to £200.
