Our graduates who’ve become a Quilter Financial Adviser value the freedom and control of being self-employed, safe in the knowledge they’re backed by a FTSE 250 company. Even though you’ll be self-employed, you’ll benefit from:

• An 18-month financial support package: So you can concentrate on your qualifications and start your own business.
• Ongoing support: Not just during your time at the academy, but also once you start your career as a financial adviser. This includes business consultancy, masterclasses, ready-to-use marketing material,, and you get access to our mentoring programme.
• High quality new business leads: During your first year, we’ll give you 100 leads to help you start your business. After that, you can choose to join our affinity programme, providing you with leads through over 30 affinity firms providing access to 7 million members.

No prior experience in financial services or specific qualifications are required to apply. Instead, we focus on your qualities and transferable skills. The Quilter Academy is open to individuals who:

• Are UK-based and have the right to work in the UK.
• Are self-motivated and want to build their own successful business.
• Have the determination and self-discipline to study.
• Enjoy networking and engaging with new people.
