Find the right programme for you
At Quilter we offer two core training programmes, a full-time and part-time programme.
Both programmes will give you all the training and development you need to attain a level 4 qualification in financial advice recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority, that is needed be a qualified financial adviser in the UK.
We partner with The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) and the Chartered Insurance Institute. Both are providers of professional and academic financial services qualifications, so you can be confident in taking the next step in your advice career with us.
We will also help you with your personal development, skills, and knowledge. This will give you the confidence to connect with clients and give them the advice and support they need from you. In short, everything you need to become their trusted financial adviser.
You don’t need to have any experience in financial services or any specific qualifications to apply for either of these programmes. What you do need is to believe in yourself, have a desire to succeed, the determination and self-discipline to study hard, and have personal resilience.
This programme could be right for you if you want to become a self-employed financial adviser and build your own business as part of Quilter Financial Advisers, our nationwide team.
In addition to building your own client relationships, you will also have the opportunity to benefit from our lead generation programme. Quilter currently has relationships with 34 employee organisations and affinity groups who have millions of members needing financial advice. You will receive direct client enquiries from these partners, which will help to grow your business.
We can also provide you with an 18-month financial support package, along with paying exam fees for you.
