Two-year early careers programme

Programme overview

  • Our two-year programmes are designed to give you the best possible start. You’ll rotate within a specific business area, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for your career.
  • Along the way, you’ll study for a professional qualification relevant to your role – boosting your skills and confidence.
  • The programme will introduce you to different departments, helping you explore where you fit best. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge, experience, and connections to apply for roles in the area that excites you most.
  • You’ll be placed in either our London or Southampton head offices, depending on which business area you apply for.

Where it could lead you

The programme will introduce you to different departments, helping you identify where you fit best.

Once you’ve completed the programme, you’ll then be in an excellent position to apply for any vacancies available in the area you’re most interested in and suited to.

If you copy and paste AI-generated content without any personal input, we may reject your application. Your answers in an interview should demonstrate how you would address the question. You can use AI as a supportive tool, but it shouldn’t replace your unique perspective.

Essential skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • A team player, who can collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).

Academic qualifications

You don’t need any specific qualifications to apply. What matters most to us is your passion for the industry and eagerness to learn.  All we ask is that you complete any studies before September 2026, when the programme starts.
